Each Pore Will Bleed

an unlikely friend

no conversation

someone to avoid

avert your eyes

from this human

with no ends

but only because

I did not have

the breath of a thousand suns

nor the ability

of a speeding rock

to go from ice to flames

and back again

lucidity is for those who can relate

before, I would not have been able to admit that was the case

blinded by a lack of severity

after situations went awry I’ve been drenched in humility

below zero, I can only speculate if I will survive that long

when desire is an inescapable dungeon, the blackness seems so sweet

dictators may be put to sleep, but conglomerations suffer immortality
