No Initiation

formless formalities

desiring, deserving

city tribes calling

light-skins dripping money

has been a few months since

letters and words approached

chasing meaning dreadful

still dreaming on concrete

scratching on finite  bark

hindered growth leaves loathing

repetitive despair

back to the drawing board

plebeians lamenting

wasteland barely wasted

child emaciated
